Question vhost alias - no php handler

I migrated my server from Plesk 12.5 to 17.5 (Ubuntu 16.04).

After this my vhost alias with php source always download the index.php file.

Here is the config I added to the vhost.conf.

Alias /*alias*  /*path_to_alias*
<Directory "/*path_to_alias*">
    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
    AllowOverride All
    Order allow,deny
    allow from all
</Directory>

Can anyone help me with this problem?
