vhost.conf Problem

Hi,

This is my Problem:

[client xx.xx.xx.xx] PHP Warning: main(list.php) [<a href='function.main'>function.main</a>]: failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /srv/www/vhosts/dom ain.com/subdomains/main/httpdocs/index.php on line 13
[client xx.xx.xx.xx] PHP Warning: main() [<a href='function.include'>function.include</a>]: Failed opening 'list.php' for inclusion (include_path='/usr/share/php5') in /srv/www/vhosts/domain.com/subdomains/main/httpdocs/index.php on line 13

this is comming since i've made vhost.conf in the conf folder o my main domain. and if i remove this file apache won't start.


is there anyway that apache can start again without this file?
