Vmware ontop of plesk

Has anyone done this? I need to run some virtual servers and I have a very under utilized server. I was hoping to install vmware exp (the new free version) ontop of 2003 server/ plesk.

Is there any known problems doing this?

You can try to use vmware but there was no any tests regard plesk under vmware. SWSoft offer Virtuozzo for Windows to perform server virtualization.
