  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question VPN Client - access remote server

Hi There...

We have an application running on our Plesk Linux server that attaches to multiple remote services in real-time. One of our remote partners has asked that we migrate connectivity to their service via a StrongSwan VPN. I have read that there used to be a VPN extension for PLESK prior to version 18, this has now been withdrawn.
I see that there are instructions for installing OpenVPN server but I'm not interested in running a server.
Open to suggestions.
Thanks in advance.
