• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Plesk Obsidian Web Admin Edition 18.0.49 Update #2
Hi All,

I have a VPS, with the provider Contabo. Their support is pretty useless, so im reaching out to the community.

Every few days, my E-mail stops working across the entire server with the same error (example below) (the email addresses change).

Sometimes i can get acess back briefly by restrating the server, or disabling fail2ban / psa firewall (no idea why that is a fix).

Also, i have upgraded the VPS from 40GB of space, to 800GB, just to be certain that space wasn't the real issue.

I'm stumped, and it affects my business daily, i have no one local to reach out to - so im hoping someone can point me towards a solution.

Thanks

Just had this from Contabo - so i guess they are saying, it was my fault. I'll have to learn to do these things myself...

Dear Lee,

From what we could see no changes were performed after the server was upgraded. As we informed you in both our last email and the upgrade completion notice the partition layout has to be adjusted once the server was upgraded, as this was not done from your end the disk space was still the same.

Additionally we could see that your file system had issues which were also not addressed.

After correcting both of these your server now has sufficient space available.

So it was a disk space issue that has been resolved on your server. I set this thread to "resolved".
