• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

VZ is using a massive amount of resources

Hi - having an issue with VZ. It's using nearly a third of resources at best, and often slows everything down so much it's pure luck as to whether there is enough resources for me to even log into Plesk.

What can be done about this?

There can be lack of Virtuozzo VPS resources and kernel OOM killers as result and it should be investigated from Virtuozzo side.

Thanks for your response.

Im really new to all of this and so I don't know what to do next from your response.

Its averaging about 41% of resources if I restart the server and gets worse as the day progresses. What should I do now?

If you are not familiar with Parallels Virtuozzo Container administration I suggest you contact support team.

I have a problem then as there is no support with the VPS.....
