war file deployment

One of our customers is trying to deploy a war file but somehow the application is not working. The deployment seems quite OK via TomCat without errors. The application works on a stand alone PC but not on plesk. We got plesk 7.6.1 running. The application got an abnormal behaviour when run from plesk. I am also unable to find the extracted files of the war file. The default path which should contain the extracted files only got the standard war file

Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Additional\Tomcat\psa-webapps\<domain>\
Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Additional\Tomcat\psa-wars\<domain>\

Please check http://<doamin name>:8090/<web app>. If it works then you should check configuration files uriworkermap.properties and workers.properties which are located in folder <plesk>/isapi. Also please check global ISAPI filter jakarta
