warning messages for restore clients

Basic Pleskian
Hi all,

I use Plesk 9.2.1 with OpenSuse 10.1.

I have create a single backup file for every customer with a simple script.
This is the instruction:

/usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup --clients-from-file=/disk/customer-file --output-file=/backup/customer.bk

Now I have create a virtual machine for testing the restore process before to format the server.
In this VM I have set up the same Public Ip and I have restore all backup files with a simple script:

/usr/local/psa/bin/pleskrestore --restore customer.bk -level clients --verbose

I have this message:

Backup file has wrong signature for this server.

From the plesk panel I see the client, domanis and mail account but the information of traffic and disk space are
empty.

I have open the the file conflicts.log and I have these messages:

Warning: Unable to get utilization type for limit disk_space
Warning: Unable to get utilization type for limit expiration
Warning: Unable to get utilization type for max_redir
Warning: Unable to get utilization type for max_traffic
Warning: Unable to get utilization type for limit max_webapps
Warning: Unable to get utilization type for limit mbox_quota

Before to restore the file, I have applied the correct Plesk license key with all services.

I don't understand the problem..

Thanking in advance and sorry for my english.

Giuliano
