Issue Warning: Subscription is not synced with service plan because of problems: python

I'm receiving this error whenever I try to add a customer with a subscription in Plesk Windows (2016), latest Plesk version.

Googling this message produces zero results. There are some results without the word "python" and they discuss a bug that has been fixed in later releases.

None of the Windows event logs show anything relevant.

I tried to reinstall python but the warning remains.

Any Suggestions?

Do you have enabled python support in your Service plan? Just try to disable/
