Watchdog 2.03 Doesn't Start After Server Reboot

Any logs, steps to reproduce, error messages, results of investigation and troubleshooting?

Parallels Plesk Panel 11.5.30 Update #29 CentOS 6.5 (Final) (64-bit)
This is a container running on Parallels Virtuozzo 4.7.0

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

After a server reboot Watchdog 2.0.7 is disabled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Enable Watchdog in Plesk. Reboot server.

ACTUAL RESULT

Watchdog is disabled.

EXPECTED RESULT

Watchdog is enabled.

Running processes before reboot:

Running processes after reboot:

In /var/log/messages are no "wdcollect" records found between reboot and manual starting watchdog:

Update: issue is finally fixed in MU 46 (cfr. http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...1.5-linux-updates-release-notes.html#11530u46).
