Resolved Watchdog gone?

Upgraded to 17.5.3, all seemed to be well except Watchdog was throwing errors. So I uninstalled, thinking to reinstall, and when I went to the Extensions catalog....

Watchdog no longer shows up! Search shows nothing, nada, zilch.

Is Watchdog no longer available in 17.5?
