Issue Watchdog is missing (18.0.39) Ubuntu

Hello,
I have some big issues with my server, and i 'm trying to find a way.
First of all, i can't find watchdog extension (check image).

Second: "There are incorrect permissions on some items: \/var\/lock","level":1}
I read some threads and this was flagged as bug and resolved for versions after 18.0.37. Well, not for me

Any help would be more than appreciated

Thanks for the fast reply,
Is any way to check for plesk's files integrity? I always find weird php files on my wordpress sites, i reinstalled wordpress, themes and plugin on those sites, changed admin and root password many times, but somehow i'm still having problems.
The extensions Repair kit doesn't throw any errors except the one i mentioned above
