Web applications is unavailable

Hi,

I am really new to all the web applications.

I just bought a domain and hosting and I want to install wordpress application.

However when I copied all the files under wordpress to httpdocs file, I did not see the wordpress login page when I visited my domain. (I did all the wp-config.ph things it did not work)

Afterwards, I found some videos on youtube where you just click on the web applications tab on parallels plesk homepage. However, I cannot click on the web applications.

The reason is :
"Web applications are not supported by the license key."

Can you help me in somehow installing wordpress?

Maybe upgrading Plesk license key for enabling Webapps catalog is better solution? Did you contact your sales representative with this question? I think that installation Webapps from Plesk Apps catalog is easiest and convenient method.

Really your plesk control is not good.

Why you are not upgraded PHP and MYSQL version.
In web application i got Wordpress 3.(some) version.. but afer installing button it showing that PHP 4.7 version is not supporting.

IN setting also i set PHP version to 5.2(something) version.. still it showing same error msg.
