Web Directory Permissions Error

I'm trying to change the permissions on one of my folders. Not sure what the difference is between doing it in "File Manager" or "Web Directories" but when i click the permissions icon next to the folder whose permissions i wish to change i get the following error...

"The operation you were performing failed. You can retry the operation with or without changing its parameters. You may also want to report this problem to our support so that we could help you as soon as possible."

Can anyone tell me what the problem is that's causing this??

This solved problem for me:
The problem was not a result of quotas not matching.

Instead, I set the "Hosting>Setup" disk quota to "unlimited" and setting the disk space under the domain "user>Limits" section to the real desired limit.

Now it works like a charm...

The settings in my Plesk are already in the way you said this more giving the same error. Is there any other option?
