Web Managment Service not starting

Hi
i am receving this error for IIS WMS service does any one have the same error? and maybe a solution

Could not complete the operation: defpackagemng failed: Unspecified error (Error code 2147483656) at Start service WMSVC
as a result of the above error the service is not starting.
my server is 2012 R2 up to date with all the plesk updates.

There could be many reasons why you're getting that error code, what does event viewer has to say about the error?

the error in the event is this:
error 7024 The Web Management Service service terminated with the following service-specific error: Unspecified error

nothing else
