Web Presence Builder in unlimited domain license?

I would like to ask Web Presence Builder is in unlimited domain Plesk license (not hosting suite)? If not can I buy SiteBuilder license to activate Web Presence Builder in Plesk 10.4?

I'm asking because www.openprovider.co.uk have no hosting suite.
 
Hi, I think usual unlimited domains won't include Web Presence Builder. Because you purchased Plesk from OpenProvider, all addons should be coming from them too. I would recommend contacting them for assistance, perhaps they can arrange WPB addon for you.
