Web Presence Buildernot present?

Panel-Version 11.0.9 Update #46

Dear plesk service,

in "Service Plans" the Web Presence Builder (add-on) is present with 6 Subscriptions.
connexionf.de (Domainpaket Andree)
.....

There are 6X Domainpaket Andree

If i click in "Domains" on connexionf.de (Website) I see:
Status Active
Service plan Domainpaket Andree
Add-ons Web Presence Builder

But I can't call the Web Presence Builder from everywhere, I've searched for hours.

Please help me.

Could you check up your license key at /etc/sw/keys/keys/ ?
If you have option "Disable SiteBuilder", then it's a license problem...

I have no other ideas...

grep -i SiteBuilder /etc/sw/keys/keys/*

Yes, it looks like you have license restriction for WPB (0 sites allowed). I think you need to contact with your sales representative to resolve this.
Please tell me if you need help with this.

Sounds not good, but its perhaps the truth.

I can install it,
I can see it,
I can enable it,
but I can't use it.
I will call Strato (german webhoster) about it.
