Issue "Web Server's Default Page" replaces Multisite Subdomain Home Page

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian v18.0.51_build1800230310.09 os_Ubuntu 20.04

I have a WP multisite with subdomains. The wildcard SSL appears to be working ok. Strangely I find the "test.domain.com" subsite does not display. Instead it loads the Plesk "Web Server's Default Page."

My multisites and subdomain sites on other shared / cloud hosting servers do not have this issue.

Any suggestions fo why this is happening would be appreciated. Thank you.

Have you verified that test.domain.com is configured to the same document root directory like the other domains that are included in the multisite installation?
