  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello!

We operate a web service on plsk on aws lightsail instance.

It has been operating for more than a year, but this year, the service becomes heavy, and especially from around 2/10,

the service goes down around 11:15 and 17:15 every day, and the lightsail instance is rebooting by me.

I'm at a loss as to how to investigate the cause.

I'd like to have your teaching.

Thank you!!!

The first thing you could do is to investigate the web server log files access_ssl_log and error_log and also the host's syslog file (e.g. /var/log/syslog) what happens at the time when the load increase to the point where your server panics and reboots.
