• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Hi netedge,

first, pls. be informed, that each Plesk version has it's own documentation. If you are looking for the Windows 12.0 Command-line documentation, you would look at:

If you followed the guide, pls. make sure to investigate your Event Viewer for possible issues/failures/problems and post corresponding entries if you need help. Pls. be informed, that the string "--verbose" might help with more informations to the report :

Code:
statistics.exe --all --process-domains=YOUR_DOMAIN.COM --verbose
statistics.exe --disk-usage --process-domains=YOUR_DOMAIN.COM --verbose

Hello UFHH01,

We have tried above solution and its work for some of the domains.

We will look forward for your reply.

Hi netedge,

sorry, but without investigating log and/or Event viewer messages, I can't give you further help, because this would only be guessing and digging in the dark.

Hi UFHH01,

We have checked Event viewer messages but we have not find any relevant log messages.
Can you please guide us where we can find it so we can provide you the details.

Thanks

Hi netedge,

you could find possible messages from the Event Viewer at: Application and Service logs > Plesk

or at the domain - specific log - files: %plesk_vhosts%\<domain>\logs\W3SVC<SITE ID>
