Web Users Folders

We transfered from A cpanel site, and it let us add 'members' ftp account to where ever we would like. We put them in a domain.com/members/name/ folder. I notice Plesk puts then in a parent dir to the httpdocs and uses the tilde. What can we do to still use the /members/ since a lot of members use it and link into like that? Thanks,
