Webalizer statistics not updating

We have added several hundred websites which are being hosted by Plesk. They have all been setup to use Webalizer accessible via password protected directory '/plesk-stat/'

Most of the domains are not producing any stats at all. I have tried running the statistics.exe manually but to no avail. They just have the standard placeholder about waiting 24 hours - some of these sites have been up for weeks. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try to troubleshoot using statistics section in Swsoft kb:

Also check is there web logs at problem sites.

Thanks Bender, it looks like we are getting logs created, but the default webpage is never replaced.

I am still having major problems with this, after reading everything I can find on these forums and Google. I have downloaded the latest statistics.exe and have a few domains working but most not (over 1000). For a lot of domains the logs directory is filling up but the logs are not rotated. The stats web pages are not updated. I can see an error "Invalid object name 'avstatistics'". Any idea how I can solve this?? It is a big issue with our customers.
