• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Webmail Horde User Problem

Hi All,

We have recently migrate from Plesk 7.5 to a new Linux server running Plesk 8.0. We have about 50 customers. After the migration, one of our customers started to complain that she could no longer use the email service (either through the POP server or through Horde Webmail - before she had absolutely no problem)

Today we have a second customer complaining about exactly the same problem, with the same error message.
''Your internet address has changed since the beginning of you mail session. To protect your security you must log in again.''

- Could this be a new bug in Plesk 8.0?
- I beleive both customers were using AOL.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated! As you can understand, we now have two very angry customers...

Best regards,
Edward
