webmail icon in control panel not opeing browser correctly.

Hello,

After the 8.2 to 8.3 upgrade my clients have the following issue.

Once they login to the control panel they click webmail.

It opens up firefox but it seems to type the url in the search box instaed of the address bar.
They get a page thats says "could not be found."
The address bar seems to be missing when it's opening that sized window.

I am not sure if it also happens under Internet Explorer.

Hi,
Check if you can access webmail with url http://webmail.<DomainName>
If not, reconfigure webmail in IIS with the command:
cd %plesk_bin%
websrvmng.exe --reconfigure-webmail

I actually ran this command after an upgrade from 8.2 to 8.3 because webmail bombed.
It just seems that plesk is opening the browser incorrectly with out the address bar.

I tried both with IE and Firefox and no luck.

cd %plesk_bin%
defpackagemng.exe --fix --type=webmail
websrvmng.exe --reconfigure-webmail

i don`t have %Plesk_bin% folder in my prgrammfiles also i don`t have SWSoft folder in this....please help me about this..

please go to the folder where Plesk is installed, by default SWsoft folder can be in Programm files or C:\, just to check open Windows browser/explorer and type %Plesk_bin% in address bar. so in this case you will find Plesk directory.
