• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Webmail in 404 error

Try to re-initiate webmail with /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/webmailmng command. Use --remove option first and then --install. --hep option for details.

Many thanks for your reply.

I tried the command line, but :

Unable to find webmail with name: @Ë@
Possible name was defined incorrect.

I was in root.

Thanks for your help

Webmail name should be specified as atmail or horde but not @Ë@

I did not used any name !

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/webmailmng --remove

That's all

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/webmailmng --help
Usage: webmailmng <command> [--no-restart] [OPTIONS]...

COMMANDS:
--install --name=<webmail name>
register webmail into plesk database and generate apache vhost config
--remove --name=<webmail name>
unregister webmail from plesk database and remove apache vhost config
Where <webmail name> is atmail or horde.

I removed atmail and install atmail...
But unfortunatelly, the result is the same : error 404 for all the webmail links in the mail pannel (for all domains).
Do you think I have to remove atmail and install horde instead of ?
Thanks for your help.

looks like you didnt install webmail, try to run /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin autoinstaller and check if webmail component is installed or not. I faced such kind of issue on many my servers.

Thanks for your reply. Could you give me the exact command ?
