Webmail in ARABIC????

Hi,
we have a problem with HORDE. When we try to log in to http://webmail.domain.com we get the HORDE in arabic and if we insert a login and a pass it doesn't logs.

Anyone can help me?

I have this same issue has anyone got the answer as the search given above does not work
