Resolved webmail not work

hi,

when i open webmail.xxxxxx.com i have error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

when i open xxxxxx.com domain works perfect.

i add record some day ago and again same error :/

Please check that there is missing data in the /etc/psa-webmail/horde/horde/conf.php file.
If yes, restore the file content either from a backup or a test environment.
