Webmail not working after migration

I am in the process of transferring a few test ginnie pigs (domains) before moving customers but I noticed that the webmail access is unavailable on the new server. I've looked at everything I possibly can but to no avail. The old server has webmail enabled on the domains but when transfered, they do not.

Has anyone else run across this yet?
