Webmail problem

Hi,

I'm using Plesk webadmin on my digital ocean server. Webhosting was fine, however I cant access my webmail even after I create them.

I get the following error:

This webpage is not available


ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
The server at webmail.domain.* can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network.


I tried NSLookup, it show the same thing.

How can I fix it?

Hello,

You need to add "A" record for the domain with "webmail.domain.com" pointing to the server ip.
