webmail problem

for some of my domains when i add a mail account i can check them on http://webmail.mydomain.com

for others i cant do that. in plesk under mail i get this

"this feature is not currently available because webmail support is not available in the webmail preferences, or webmail is not available."

I went to the settings and for as i can tell i haven't done nothing different than i did with my other domains.

In your Plesk control panel, go to the domain in question, click on "Mail" and then "Preferences". Is there a check in the box for "Webmail?"
