i have searched

I have searched all of swsoft and done everything but no one worked for me, i have posted several about sql server but not get even one reply and also i checked and seen some posts about webmail that are like me didnt answered,
i also want to mentioned that I get IMAP Critical and it seems IMAP is down,
Please help me what to do that webmail begins to work

MailEnable Std, which is shpped with Plesk, does not support IMAP.

What is your Plesk instance exact version?

Hi,

MY Plesk Version is 7.6.1 , i dont know what is IMAP at all , I have activate monitoring on my server and it sends me IMAP is down, Maybe it means there is no IMAP on server but I know that webmail does not work now.

Please help me to solve my problem,

We have look at your server. This is known issue.

In order to fix it you should

1. find DiskSecurity.xml in <plesk>\admin\bin and insert the following

<Entry AccounType = "1" Account = "Psacln" Path = "C:\Program Files" AceFlags = "ThisFolderAndSubfolders" AccessMask = "FullAccess" EntryFlags = "0x1"/>
<Entry AccounType = "1" Account = "Psacln" Path = "C:\Program Files\Common" AceFlags = "ThisFolderAndSubfolders" AccessMask = "0x0080" EntryFlags = "0x2"/>


2. run Plesk Reconfigurator > Check disk permissions > Set

Now your Webmail is working properly.
