Webmail return page not found

We got some domains and websites hosted on a Plesk running server, and altrough the websites are working fine the webmail.domain.com always return a "not found" page even when the DNS are apparently set correctly. Am i missing something?
Any valuable info will be welcome, thanks.

Try to run first

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng -v -a

and update thread if it not help.
