Issue webmail setting

hello everybody,
I've installed on plesk the mail server postfix and webmail roundcube but when trying to connect to webmail.mydomain.it browser can't open the page. how can I setup mail services and webmail, what is going wrong? anyone could help me? thanx to all

Looks like DNS settings are incorrect.
You can refer to KB article - Unable to open subdomain, alias or webmail hosted in Plesk: This site can’t be reached DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN for steps to resolve your issue.
