Hi,

The webmail doesn't work poperly.
Check on my domain: webmail.gokhan.nl
It doesn't accept the correct username ([email protected]) + password. In outlook everything works fine.
Anyone with the same problem and solution?

Inco,

The problem is not with webmail, it is with your IIS PHP extensions. For some reason the Plesk install sometimes assigns invalid security ID's to the extensions ACLS and IIS can not access them.

Luckily this is easily fixed by using the 'Plesk reconfigurator' tool. Select 'Repair Plesk Installation' and only select 'Plesk File Security'.

Once complete you should be able to use webmail.
