• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Webserver stopped showing webpages

My Webserver today stopped showing webpages.
Other services are still running, mail works, so does ftp, ssh, etc.
When a page is called through the browser it seems at first to load veeeery slow, but in fact nothing reaches the browser, which after a while shows "unable to display".

A server reboot solved the problem for 10 minutes, but then the problem was back.

Fedora Core 2, Plesk 7.5.4

What could be a typical cause for this behavior?
Could a full disk/partition cause that? (I will check this when I will have access to the server in some hours)

What should I do to diagnose it? (what commands should I type)

Thank you

partition /var was full, due tu huge mysql logs in var/lib/mysql.
I freed 14 GB of logs!

Now can someone explain me why these logs are not regularly purged by a plesk cron job?

this is a very serious problem since it causes the server to stop serving weppages as well as data loss for received emails that cannot be stored !!!
