• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Not find that can you help me to find?
Hi everyone,

I'm turning to you because we are very worried. our website went offline. The site is on an Aruba Spa VPS server. We had AlmaLinux OS 8.x 64-bit - Plesk installed by Aruba.
The problems are with wordpress.

Then we went to the Plesk console, under the heading: TOOLS AND SETTINGS - BACKUP MANAGER. From there we can recover the website. But not the database. If we recover the database, a strange error appears. We then restored the website.

Then we downloaded the backup and we saw files on our Windows 5 PC called backup_sqldump_2502230004_2503010004.tzst. We are unable to re-import this sql. Can anyone help us understand how to do it? Thank you.

Hi,

You have zstd on the server. Upload the zstd file to the server and via SSH run
Code:
zstd -d backup_sqldump_2502230004_2503010004.tzst
.
You will have the decompressed SQL dump which you can import via SSH or download it and import it using PHPMyAdmin or the Plesk database options.

Thanks so much Raul!
How can I import a file onto the server?
I think I have to do that step first, otherwise I don't think writing that line will unpack it for me...(it has to be there, right?)

Last night we attempted to load a very old backup we had of the database. Then from plesk we went to the PHP MY ADMIN entry (or something like that). We deleted the existing database and tried to reload the backup. Since then, screen shots like this have appeared:

1740982289565.png
Maybe we shouldn't have done that? That database was also used for plesk and not for wordpress?
Thanks sorry
