Website resolving to wrong directory

Hi all,

Weird one this.

Have a domain set to a non-shared public IP address, has ssl certificate associated with the domain. ftp.mysite.com works as I uploaded all the files to it no problem. the files all show up in file manager in the Plesk control panel. the dns seems to be working just fine as it is resolving. I have a bunch of sites that are vhosted on a different IP, same machine, all work fine. however when I browse to the site it gives a default plesk page. you know the one that says the site is not setup. but that is clearly not the case. I little help would be greatly appreciated as the client is anxious to get his site up and running.

The domain resolves to 216.187.105.58
In the setup tab in plesk the IP address is listed as 216.187.105.58
all the DNS entry information is 216.187.105.58
It all matches.

the site is in the /var/www/vhosts/expressvibe.ca folder yet the index page in the default folder in the vhosts directory is what is being referenced.

this is the first time setting up a site with a different ip address on the system. it's not going well.

Try to load this site in browser and analyse access logs for vhost /var/www/vhosts/expressvibe.ca/statistics/logs/access_log and global Apache access log /var/log/httpd/access_log
I hope that you will find references and reasons why there is redirection to default vhost instead vhost for expressvibe.ca
Try also to reconfigure vhosts with

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng -v -a

I have exactly the same Problem. Found this page via google so replying here rather than making a new thread.

I have a dedicated server with only one domain (for now) on it. I can connect via ftp and upload files to vhosts/ntillo.com/httpdocs/ however the URL www.ntillo.com resolves to the files located in vhosts/default/htdocs - which is not where the website files are!

How do i change it (either on the server, in plesk or otherwise) so that the URL points to the correct directory (ntillo.com/httpdocs) on the server. Why is the IP address for ntillo.com (88.208.200.133) defaulting to the plesk default folder rather than the folders plesk created for it during the set up?

Would really appreciate the help.
