websrvmng very slow and apache down

kaesar

Basic Pleskian
I have a Plesk v10.1.1 in a Debian5-32 bits, upgrade from Plesk 9.3

The problem is that /opt/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng --restart take more than 60 seconds to finish, and in this time the apache is down. This opration is executed every change in the control panel.

I make a test, separating the stop a start:

/opt/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng --stop (take a 1 minute)
/opt/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng --start (take a few seconds)

I think, that the process /opt/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng --stop is very slow.

Can you help me?

Thanks, I'm sorry my poor English

Do you have any related errors in /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log, /var/log/messages and /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log log files?

At the time of the action no errors in this logs files.

But I see any in panel.log:

2011-01-26T18:38:39+01:00 ERR (3): Unknown action: dl_user_update.

We have the same problem. Started after upgrading from 10.0.1 to 10.1.1

Version Parallels Plesk Panel: v10.1.1_build1010110120.18 os_Ubuntu 10.04
OS: Linux 2.6.32-24-server
Number of Domains: 72

/etc/init.d/apache2 -reload / -start / -stop
takes no time.

/opt/psa/admin/bin/websrvmng --restart
takes more than a minut and all websites are offline.

So e.g. adding a site using the API takes all the domains offline for some time.

We can't see any related errors in /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log, /var/log/messages or /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log log

When we do a miigrate to the server (from another 10.1.1 server) it hangs/fails.
We see this in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log log

downgraded

Hello,

i have downgradet the websrvmng and the httpmng and now the webspace are perfect. No timeouts ! :)

Please make a fix for the new version :)

Yes, it can be used as possible workaround - downgrade websrvmng utility to previous version. But it will be fixed for latest version too.

I have Red Hat 4.1.2-48 (Linux version 2.6.27.58) Which websrvmng file should I use as there isn't one for redhat4 ???
Thank you in advance for your replies.

p.s. thank you ELAMRIR however this did not work for me, everything seemed to be in order for me regarding ioncube and zend.
