Webstats Decreased after Upgrading

After upgrading from Plesk 8.2, the webstats dramatically decreased. The day before the upgrade the hits were at about 9,000 and after upgrading it decreased to 1,000. I know the version of webstat did not change in the update but caused such a large decrease and how do I fix it?
