The webstats don't work properly with only one of my Users.
This user has one domain. Some days, the webstats fails and dont show any trafic for that particular day, however the rest of the days are OK. This errors ocurrs approximately 3 times a week.
I follow this tutorial "http://kb.odin.com/en/1937" to refresh the stats and it works for most days, but some of the are still with problems.
¿What can i do? ¿Is there a way to resintall Webstats without affecting the actual stadistics?
Maybe some other software to get the stadistics?
My sistem is a Server 2003 with plesk 8.6
