what about "Info about Microupdates" ???

nucknuck

Basic Pleskian
As Igor created a thread with a link I was happy to see that there will be one page for all needed information.
Is there a reason for holding back release informations at this page?

Waiting for some weeks now ... missing MU 10.3.0 + 10.3.1 ...

If I spend time to search I will find nearly everything.
But why do you make a thread for a special page with update information if you now only tell me where or how to find information?
Thought I would get an answer like "sorry, we missed to update the page - thank you for information".

So I can delete the bookmark?

Sorry for inconvenience,

Information about MU #1 is published in main release notes for releases as 10.3.1 version:
for Linux - http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...ls-plesk-panel-10.3.1-for-linux-based-os.html
for Windows - http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...-plesk-panel-10.3.1-for-windows-based-os.html

Information about published micro-updates starting from MU #2 is available at the same location as earlier:
for Linux - http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...nel-10-linux-updates-release-notes.html#10314
for Windows - http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...l-10-windows-updates-release-notes.html#10314

microupdate link is wrong

The big problem is that the micro updates control panel alert link is wrong. When I sign into the panel and a microupdate is available it tells me:

Updates for the current version of Parallels Panel are available.
View detailed information on the updates.

That link points to http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PP10/whatsnew-unix.htm ; Which has absolutely nothing to do with the update in question.

The link should be pointing to: http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PP10/parallels-plesk-panel-10-linux-updates-release-notes.html ; So that I could actually see what the update is going to be doing.

is there a way to see which MU's are installed on a server ?

-- ok sorry, i found it ---

see:
http://kb.odin.com/en/9294

at the end:

cat /root/.autoinstaller/microupdates.xml

will show you the installed patch version...

Could the panel point you to this, rather than just the plain version update? You log in and the panel tells you updates been applied, but the links don't take you to the micro updates, but the regular version details.

Cheers,
David

David, the correct link shall be seen in the upcoming 10.4 version (when it has any updates available).
