have 1 ip address and 10 domains

fqhn (fully qualified host name) fqdn (fully qualified domain name)
box.domain.tld

for example, one of mine is named "sh1.hybrid-hosting.com"

thanks, so if i understand you have input of sh1.hybrid-hosting.com in the Full hostname field.
i am not sure what the sh1. is?
is that set up in DNS settings?

Hi, yes sh1 is simply the "name" i gave the box, and if you want to access the box by that name you will want to create a dns record for it.
Or maybe a better example is if you wanted to get to the system via http://sh1.hybrid-hosting.com you would need to create a host record for it...
