what goes in /var/qmail/control/me ??

can anyone tell me what they have in this file in plesk?

/var/qmail/control/me

mine says

localhost.localdomain

i was told this is incorrect and i should change it, but change it what?

im trying to troubleshoot some email issues, i know i have another post up but im allready past that email need to find this out

here it is the servername, the same name as when you run "hostname" on the prompt.
