• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved What is the Pdo.php error meaning?

raytracy

Basic Pleskian
I found my /var/log/message show the following messages every 5 minutes:

Jul 17 19:31:30 psa-fbb wdcollect: PHP Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=1825 in /usr/local/psa/admin/externals/Zend/Db/Statement/Pdo.php on line 228

But it did not show neither in before nor in my other hosts, I found it only persist in a single host.

What does it mean? And how can I fix it?

By the way, before this message shown, this host have experienced a memory exhausted incident and forced to reboot. The message began shown constantly after rebooted.

Please try to increase wait_timeout in my.cnf:

wait_timeout = 28800

and restart mysql service after that. I hope it will help.

Still same....not worked.

I have try to inspect db by: plesk repair db -d, but there is no error found.

Is there any log help?

I would suggest you try to reinstall Watchdog system monitoring component.

I can only recommend creating a request to support team to do the in-depth investigation to find the reason and to fix it. Please create a ticket to support at Help Center
