Question what is the same command for "paxctl" in CentOS

as i have this error in opening plesk control panel:
502 Bad Gateway Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.
i search and found this:
Resolved - 502 Bad Gateway Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.
so, in the last reply, a few commands has been offered:
# systemctl stop sw-engine
# paxctl -cm /usr/sbin/sw-engine-fpm
# paxctl -cm /usr/bin/sw-engine
# systemctl start sw-engine
i can change the "systemctl stop sw-engine" to "service sw-engine stop", but i have no idea about "paxctl".
please help me.
