What to upgrade first?

Hi all,

My server has:

Linux 2.6.9-55.0.2.EL
psa v8.2.1_build82070918.10 os_CentOS 4.2

with PHP 4.3.9, MySQL 4.1.2 and apache 2.0.52, what is the better way to upgrade to PHP 5.* and MySQL 5.* ?

I read Centos 5 has PHP 5 & MySQL 5, must I upgrade Centos or step by step on packages?

run this, answer any questions it gives you

wget -q -O - http://www.atomicorp.com/installers/atomic.sh |sh

then
yum update php

it will do php to 5.2.3 and mysql 5

after that, you can upgrade what ever you like, or nothing else if you prefer.
