• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

What URL does webmail.domain.com redirect to?

I have installed MailEnablePro and can't get webmail to work.

Actually, it DOES work on the main server IP:

server.domain.com/webmail

works fine. What doesn't work is

webmail.virtdomain.com

Does anyone know what address webmail.virtdomain.com redirects to by default with Plesk?

In IIS, is site webmail(default) supposed to be on port 8425? If so, why?

Any help is appreciated!

yes default port is 8425, but if you look in the Host Headers configuration, it should list all the domains you are hosting for webmail.

i.e. webmail.yourdomain.com
with a port 80 configuration.

If there is none of these, then you need to go into Plesk and tick "Webmail" for each domain.
