Resolved What's inside the huge XML backup file ?

Hi there,
I'm hosting above 300 websites on a VPS with Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 and NO ssh access
I'd like to backup all my websites (wordpress) : databases, uploaded files, plesk config ...
This is what I see in Home > Tools & Utilities > Backup Manager

I can't download any files (too big), and if I do I'll not be able to open and parse them ! So I wonder :

1. What's inside a backup file ?
2. Do this file contain uploaded files ?
3. How can I make a complete backup : uploaded files, wordpress main files, wp database ...

That is, it contains everything that you would expect.
