Issue When receiving forwarded emails, they come as EML files

Hi All,
I'd like to know how to fix this.
When someone forwards an email to one of my addresses, the original forwarded email comes as an .eml attachment.
This is very disruptive, because we cannot see the original email in webmail, without an email client such as outlook.

Can anyone help?
