• The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions.
Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
  • Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.

any ideas?

I know, that it is not possible and not recommend to update
from 7.5.2 to 7.5.3.

I have some insider-contacts. Plesk 7.5.4 will be released
at the end of June 2005.

well only just as of last week or so the update seems to have been fixed and my server (running 7.5.2) is now working with 7.5.3

was a mess upgrading though

I've upgraded over a hundred servers from 7.5.2 -> 7.5.3 (95% without problems, 5% with minor issues).

I upgraded a server last night from 7.0 to 7.5, it didnt go too well!

If you plan on upgrading wait till 7.5.4 as jaytee told me they have rewrote/redesigned the upgrade system. Also, I've been told it should be next week when 7.5.4 is released if all goes well.

Doh! Yup, Plesk for Windows.... It never clicked that you wouldnt be updating hundreds of windows servers cranky  :D

On the subject of 7.5.3 everything seems fine for us, upgraded several servers from FreeBSD 5.2.1/7.1.7 to FreeBSD 5.3/7.5.3

oh sure, your Plesk running on your Amiga.

We speak here about FC2, ya remember the big
protest vs. Plesk/SW-Soft? The complete forum
was full of bug- and hack-reports.

P.S.: No, I don't want to restart another new discussion. I will
wait until 7.5.4 is here and then test it again, of course. Never
change a running system - and this is 7.5.2.

I haven't time to argue either you'll be pleased to hear ... :D

Just a quick comment ... the servers I have upgraded, most were RHEL3 or CentOS, but I've also upgraded Rh7.3, 9, FC1 and FC2's.

I'd happily reformat them and install Linux ... but no chance of upgrades. ;p

we already blow the whistle on the fake, that those updates
were done manually by hand - and not by clicking with the
mouse on the Update-Icon to update from 7.5.2. to 7.5.3..

Support have told me that 7.5.4 will be released July-August 2005, and will have support for CentOS 4.x and RHEL 4 series.
